When you need a quick pick-me-up, these delicious powerful bites will do the trick. They're not called a SUPERFOOD bliss ball for nothing! They'll give you energy the moment you pop them in your mouth.
If you're like me, I find myself over-committed with little or no time to prepare healthy snacks before workouts or in-between meals. You can make a batch of these and freeze them so you have something in a pinch.

INGREDIENTS - Makes about 12 ball
1/2 cup tahini
1 cup of soft pitted dates
3/4 cup almond flour or hemp hearts
1 tbs maca powder
1/4 cup cacao powder
2 tablespoon cocoa nibs
2 tablespoons coconut butter
optional: zest of orange
Cyprus salt to finish or toasted sesame seeds
HOW TO MAKE IT
Step 1. Place everything in a food processor. Process until smooth and nutty.
Step 2. Remove mixture into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place in a lock-seal bag and finish with some Cyprus sea salt or toasted sesame seeds.
